My business idea is street food venture that combines fresh fruit vending and Fries to serve a diverse urban market .I chose this because they complement each other and target a wider range of customers.Under fruits ,they attract health conscious customers while fries appeal to those looking for quick, affordable snacks and a combination of the two serve different preferences at the same location as well as increasing customer traffic and maximizing sales per customer. The uniqueness of my idea is the combination of choice and hygiene.This combination helps reduce risk in the sense that ,if one product has low demand at a certain time,the other can still generate income. My target audience are students, commuters and working professionals and therefore the best location for the business would be in high traffic areas .This will be a more complete offering to my customers because people buying fries often want a drink and through that I shall have a higher profit per customer as far as Profit is concerned.
